I've always asked help from everybody cause I'm new to this game, or any war game what so ever. but then again saying I run around like a chicken or say I have to work on that class, doesn't give me much help either is it ?
@ dake : I saw it at battlelog he left the clan

sry when i say it like this and i really respect u and the work u had wit the list but in my opinion the way u express urself sounds really mad... here in dms we talk as friends and everybody is equal even new members... but saying bad things after plain 2-3times wit 4-5 ppl doesnt mean u know us or our playstyle and to be honest again fun is enough for me coz to be better than just fun gaming u need definetly more time for gaming and as far as i know most of us r damn busy atm coz of new kids or just work last but not least i can say that u just wanted to help but the way u did it wasnt very productive and to the classes whcih we shoudl use: whats the sense except for getin points and a service star with the class? i mean it doesnt increase ur skill or something and thats all i wanted to say sry for u that u left already and didnt had the opportunity to get to know the real dms clan ( i eamn the ppl and their playstyle )

I realize that i might've required too much from u Anthony. Wasn't an easy task as a new guy to jump onboard and try to help us with our somewhat lacking activity and try to get us in a competitive shape. It was me who asked Anthony in the first place to take care of MLG and u took the Battlelog task on your shoulders as well. I'm grateful for the effort u put into it. I'm really sorry for not being supportive enough, and I feel i've let u and everybody down and that this whole mess is partly my fault.
I understand both sides and reactions. First of all, Anthony tried to do his best and thought of the team benefit. Despite all the effort many showed little interest, due to lacking activity overall and many simply wanna concentrate on the game atm and concentrate on the fun side and playing together when possible. Many havent got enough time to be active in a similiar way that Anthony has, including myself, that's why I asked him for help in the first place, cuz he seemed very reliable and most importantly very active. I kinda feel that you lost your patience, when nothing happened, and people seemed ignorant despite everything you tried to do to help us out. Followed by some not so delicate comments about our teamplay in a single round ot two, caused people to react strongly and caused tension and suspicion inside the clan. We do know the basics of the game and what to do in different situations, when we really need to and want to play seriously, using simple logic and common sense, and most of us have countless hours of bfbc1 and bfbc2 experience to back this up. Many of us have unique/personal gaming styles and want to play in their "comfty zone" or sometimes just let loose and play whatever or mess around, without anybody criticising for being a fuckup or a non-teamplayer afterwards. Your ways of expressing yourself probably came as a shock to many, and caused negative vibes. I prefer constructive criticism and lots of encouragement, but we humans are different and we express ourselves the way we're used to or according to our nature, the way we've used to. To take this thing even further it might've also been a cultural collision between the american and europian norms and ethcics, the US style of handling things and mentality is really very different from ours . Many americans i've met in the gaming scene are highly competitive spirits, were losing is not an option, and talk straight without hiding their true feelings, when we europians consider it as totally inappropriate behavior.
One thing i've learned as a leader in my soon 4 year history's that things dont always go as planned, or that some ideas fall short or are simply rejected by the mass. I feel u probably took it very personally when u didn't get the support u hoped for after putting much effort and planning into it, which made u finally lose your patience and u tried to get some sorta reaction from us but with wrong means, that caused this unnecessary conflict.
Then what comes to our groups reaction. Anthony your idea of jobs was a good one, but very straightforward, and people might've felt intimidated by the assignments coming from a fairly new guy in our clan. That's why I thought the idea would better suit us when we face a scrim and play competitive. We need similar tasks and assignements when preparing and playing in a scrim, everybody needs to know their role to keep the team structure solid and to bring out the best of us.
I hope things will settle down, and i already feel they have. I hate to see people leave the clan, always have. I kinda feel u never got to know us good enough and I'm sure you would've got to know us with time, making the bond even stronger. I hope only the best for u Anthony and wanna wish u good luck in the future if you've decided to move on!
