I'm stuck on kill/death ratio 1.25. Been this for four months already. Can't go up, nor down. Is this my limit? Can't my body go any further? Can't I improve anymore. Please help!

well you have played 350 hours, then its pretty hard to go up with the kd in any game

in Black Ops im stuck at 1.98 but ill get past the 2.00 as long as i dont lag the shit out of myself

im stuck my disc is scratched and wont load many many times, new one on pay day soon, as for kill death ratio i suck so bad at this game but its creeping up slowly, i assume some vehicle driving/flying helps but the once i flew a helicopter i went straight into the sea LOL

U should attend to dakes helicopter school, he loves them. I always go inside the tank, when I see one. It’s my second home. Tanks boost your morale. When I get those annoying trophies in Vietnam, I will play the normal mode again. Normal mode is better, but I like that in vietnam people cant use 4x scope or red dot sight

I remember that epic Helicopter crash, I was running towards the spawned attack chopper when I noticed Fella was entering it before me & I made a quick U-turn.

ok as you may have seen in chat it still doesnt work, ive been on ea forums and there are more than me having this issue, ive tried the delete game data no joy, now im gonna try port forwarding if that doesnt work im kinda stuck playing 1 or 2 rounds then multiple resets then ultimately rage quit and play something else

I would put your modem into bridge mode (nat/dhcp off), so that your ps3 gets a public ip number. It’s an easier and a certain way to determine if the issue is on “port forwarding”.

i have all static ip adresses coz i have 2 laptop and ps3 and they are mostly on in same time so have to use static ip or some of them wont go internet. Have to put ps3 internet settings manually and when test it NAT type must show 2.

Also i use port forwarding, ur computer have better internet security when u have modem in routing type but with ps3 it need some settings to do :

And i use DMZ so all traffic goes over the firewall :

I was huge problems with bf2 when i played online and after every single game it froze. I've done everything but it didnt work so i formated my hard drive and done all downloads and settings again and now it works fine.

tried dhcp off, it killed all my connections,laptop,ps3,xbox the lot thanks for the help u lot, gonna keep trying withthis shiz, i want helicopter time

hhhhmmmm also just read something about turn media server off on ps3, from what i read it keeps searching for media servers in the background and can cause problems, another thing to turn off yay!

true, u will lower your security when your ps3 gets a public ip, but this is just for testing sake, here u don’t need to think about port forwarding or firewall, you’ll have direct access to the internet. If the game works now, then u know the problem is on your router settings, and not in your ps3 (data).

but maybe first u could try is to put your ps3 ip address to DMZ, like aksur mentioned. Here will all the internet port traffic be forwarded to your ps3 (aka no need to forward ports)

the third alternative is to forward ports + most likely open the same ports in firewall too, this should work also, though if it doesn’t, I suggest you try the other alternatives too, just to make sure.

your computers will not get addresses if u only disable dhcp. u have to put it in bridge mode and disable nat also.

test connection ps3
nat1 = bridge mode
nat2 = nat mode

Yeah, we finn’s are geeks, and good on battlefield too, but that’s about all we are good at
