Ok I watched this video from youtube, where two guys gives their first impression of the game, and to be honest, it didn’t sound so promising. They’re like praising the old bfbc2 over this one.

Judging by the video, the map looks really boring, nothing like in bfbc2 wide open maps. And on the seconds half of the video, some kind of park, really stupid surrounding if u ask me. Where are the VECHILE’S and the DESTRUCTION? I want to see those houses’s fall down. Wonder why they picked this map on the beta? You would have thought this would have been a good way to marketing the game to people for free, and show them the best side of the series, teamplay, vehicles, destruction...

Anyway, I’m not pressing the panic button, better maps thank u and this is only beta though not many days to release.

ok here's a guy just runnning from the corner to the other, the metro map is huge. I wonder where it will end on the console version, I mean it cant be as big. The third part looks more interesting, reminds me of arica harbor conquest, im again hyped over this ;D. I hate public beta's!!! just give us the final version straight !!!

they praise BC2 because they like bad company 2.
BF3 is a sequel to BF2 not BC2 and from what i can see plays nothing like BC2 except for having a rush mode.
It plays like MoH,BF2 and BF:2142.
I don't think full destruction is on in beta

and the maps are smaller on console because the player limit is lower

That aggressive sniper was kinda pro! Im just worried the ps3 version will look a lot worse than the ps3 version.

I agree with Marshall, this is not a BFBC2 sequel, its not supposed to feel and play alike. im just about finished downloading the beta , im waiting to get my hands on it so I can get a better picture of how the game actually plays and feels. Watching the Beta review, its clear the gameplay is very different from bfbc2, this is not a bad thing, by contrary im waiting BF3 to feel different, improved and new.

well bear in mind, the graphics card needed to play the game on Ultra (the aggressive sniper one is on Ultra) costs the same as 2 PS3s

Tell us what u think of the beta maiske when u have tested it. I should probably download it and play it myself, and maybe I'll do that, just to take a peak.

I have played bf2 on the pc alot, and for me, bad company 1 was the same core game with rush and destruction. Then again, u tend to forget the small details over time, it’s been ages when I played bf2.

I was tired when I watched that first video, it looked so uninteresting at that moment. I’ve watched other videos, where the guys actually played team, and that looks instantly a lot more appealing.
