Tekken 6

Does this new character make you wanna get Tekken 6?

I’m struggling over the decision do I want it or not.
Most of my Tekken experience comes from Tekken 1, 3 and tag tournament which we played alot. Tekken 4 was really bad and a little downer to the whole series. Luckily Tekken 5 was back to its roots and didn’t let down. I’m definitely a fan of the series. The reason I would want this is most probably the thing that you can take it online. Everything else has been seen more or less before. Are there other Tekken fans out here so I could get a sparring friend ^_^

when it comes to fighting games, for me its either street fighter or mortal kombat

i did own the first 2 tekkens but none after that

i'd reccommend street fighter 4 for a fighting game but im biased go with whichever one you prefer the characters in, the characters are what makes a game (in my opinion)

Well I'm definitely your yingyang wallie when it comes to fighting games. I like tekken and soul calibur but have never got into street fighter or mortal combat. One reason why Im not going to get SF is coz I would have to start from scratch and that scares me.
Though I'm very tempted to get that game coz it looks very nice but I will try to resist it the best I can

yup but knowing me I would want to take it online at some point, and that means alot of practise, and that takes time and time away from other games/hobbies etc etc. Just buying me some time with not buying the game Life is so short, or at least your spare time

think u r completely right nemez life is too short to waste time and buying games u have to play a long time to be able to challenge others is such a thing of wasting time for me

But the girls are so pretty! There’re only fat (most of them) and ugly guys in TF. These marketing guys are genius!!!

If anyone cares:

I bought the game. The graphics aren’t anything amazing, not even close, Soul Calibur beats this by far, the maps are boring and the background is still separated from everything else and it moves on its own. This was a problem with ps1 Tekkens but it’s unforgivable that they are still here; this is the ps3 for Christ.

Luckily, they haven’t messed up the game play (like in Tekken4), its fast and fun and my adrenaline is boiling when I win matches online . Now to get the time to practise so I can challenge Maiske, I sucked badly the last time we duelled

i loved tekken... until 5, that sucked so hard, i only played it like 10 hours, i dont want to talk about the 10 million tourneys me, my dad and my bro made in tekken 2 - tekken 4 especially tekken tag is the best fighting game ever ;(
