I just heard some AMAZING news yesterday, from a friend of mine, who heard it from a friend of his..and so and so on  No, but honestly even if there's a slight change the Playstation 3 version of Team fortress 2 WILL get updates I'll start praying, cuz there's always a little glimpse of hope, or is there? According to the news, or what I heard yesterday from GAS_Gorgorian, who had heard it from NBK_Marshall TF2 on PS3 will receive updates next year, 2009. It might've been EA's statement, or Valves, can't remember. I tried to do some background studies, searching after various sites for some relevant information to confirm that what I've heard wouldn't just be another optimistic rumor..... but I couldn't find anything new that would point towards the fact that what I heard would actually be true, except for Valve trying to recruit professional PS3 developers to their team. I'm trying to spread some optimism and new hope amongst u HCPS3TF2 players RES 2 and KILLZONE 2 coming out soon will certainly cause some competition, and I've a strong belief that somebody out there at the development department realizes the fact that something needs to be done  |

updates are overrated only good one is teh axtinguisher muahahaha plus then we cant jump and taunt  and get shot by sentries in the sky |

Sorry to burst all of your bubbles, but, a freind of mine At SOE's marketing dept said to me that the contract will end on the 23rd of december this year, and neither EA or valve seems like they are gunna renew it, if they dont EA will have to shut the servers to the game down , ill keep u all informed if u need me to |
