DAKE wtf! I have all this movies except Ponyo and I am waiting to see Princess Mononoke. I also have Kiki's Delivery Service, Laputa:Castle in the Sky and Nausicaa of the valley of wind. Here comes something that isn't made by Miazaki but it is awesomest of awes.... whatever! Silver Fang (Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin). Everybody should see it uncutted.

I've seen a couple of his movies and I like 'em. Somehow the stories are different than what I've used to and that makes them appealing to me. I'm not a fanatic but eg. Spirited Away (hate that English trailer btw - the commentator and the English voice overs) was awesome. I've seen it twice and I would gladly see it the third time. I went to the movies to see My Neighbour Totoro and was a bit disappointed. I found myself constantly hoping the movie would start and get going and then all of the sudden the movie ended. Maybe I should see that one again... Howl's Moving Castle was ok. Don't remember that much details about it so maybe it wasn't a masterpiece... Still worth your time for sure. I haven't seen Ponyo nor any of the ones Crow mentioned but maybe some day. PS. Porko Rosso is awesome (don't remember whose is it) and I've only seen bits from here and there.;D

Nice to see we have some people who respect and like Studio Ghibli & Hayao Miyazaki movies I finally bought Porco Rosso a couple of days ago, it's awesome I only got a few other Hayao Miyazakis movies like Totoro, Spirited Away & Moving Castle. Seen most of them older Miyazaki movies I guess. Gotta check out the new Ponyo clip Johnny posted and Silver Fang as Crow suggested I assume most of u have seen the movie directed by Hayaos son Goro Miyazaki "The Earthsea Cycle" jap."Gedo Senki", being a Studio Ghibli production its not as fabolous as I expected but still worth a look. One of my favorite Ghibli movies must "Grave of the Fireflies" by Isao Takahata, a sad and touching story.
