Yea English is a very hard language to learn. Good thing I learned it when I was little but I almost complete forgot how to speak my native language.-.-

I don't mind ppl talking in French if they're talking with each other. I talk Finnish with oldboy every now and then. I would however encourage communicating with your team mates in English. Sure, it might be hard to speak a language you're not fluent in but I appreciate the effort always. I might not be able to understand what you're trying to say and I might say "What? Don't understand, could you please repeat that." a lot but that isn't anything personal and I really just mean that could you please try to use some other words so that I COULD understand. I'm not saying it to purposely disrispect anyone, just trying to understand what people are saying.

In a nutshell: No-one's gonna diss you even if you didn't speak fluent English.
