I think I'll just screw Red Dead Redemption and get back to being a 12year old & buy MoD Nation Racers instead.
It's like Crash Team Racing with bigger guns & everything can be modified, similar to LBP as D9 pointed out.
I played the demo, spent 45mins creating my own character, only to get a stupid message on the screen that I can't use my character outside the character creation in the demo version..........

The full game seems like lots of fun though.
